For example: the fundus should reach above the pubic bone at 12 weeks in a singleton pregnancy. How soon does it rise above the pubic bone in a twin pregnancy?

There's no black & white answer for this. Everyone's body grows at different rates whether it's singleton or twins.

  1. At 13 weeks my sister (pregnancy #3 with twins) had a fundal height measuring equilivant of 18 weeks. Thats all I know. Good luck

  2. there is generally a 1.5cm leaway for twins when it comes to fundus height. when u consider that at 30 wks with a singleton preg your fundus height would correspond to that (30cm) you come to the conclusion that at 30 wks with a twin preg your fundus height would b in range from 30-31.5 cm so in answer to your question with a twin preg your uterus would rise above the pubic bone sumwhere between 10.5wks and 12 wks. though alot of twin preg fundal heights do correspond with a singleton preg.
