When I was pregnant with twins the dr told me the miscarriage risk was the same and the risk went down at12 weeks, I know you have one more, but when I was preggo with twins, the main thing is to make sure you have help, try to keep your stress low since multiples are at risk for you having preeclampsia, I got this. be prepared to go on bedrest... I wasnt even aware that this was a possibility when I was expecting so it hit me hard when the doctor put me on bed rest, Dont expect to go full term, but if you do then great! a full term pregnancy for triplets is 35 weeks... Do expect the babies to have a nicu(neonatal icu) stay, multiples often have breathing problems when they are born, as well the chances of having them early are high too. get lots of rest now... it was exhausting with two, cant image three lol so good luck to you. You will probably be seeing the dr every other week or so, I remember I was the size of a full term pregnancy by 20 weeks, so you may get big pretty fast... eat, a lot, this too can help with the babies development and if you are eating and drinking tons then you will keep your strength up as well... be prepared for LOTS of ultrasounds lol, think I was getting one every other week after 20 weeks to keep an eye on things.. oh and be prepared to be having them by c section, and when they are born and come home if people offer to help, take the help... wanna talk or anything feel free to email me
congrats
