Earliest Signs Of Pregnancy – Five Earliest Signs Of Pregnancy

by

There are plenty of women who do not wish to become victims of undesired pregnancies. There are also an equal number of women who are eagerly waiting to becoming mothers. In either case, the woman has to educate herself regarding the earliest signs of pregnancy. The anxiety is such that no woman wants to wait and check if the next menstrual cycle is going to begin or be missed!

So how does one recognize these signs?

(1) Some women have knowledge about basal body temperature. The basal body temperature increases after ovulation, but does come back to normal long before the next menstrual cycle begins. Should the temperature give no indications of coming down, it can be considered one of the earliest signs of pregnancy.

A regular chart of the basal body temperature can be prepared even by those who are unfamiliar with this concept. A chemist can help out by supplying products to help with this charting process.

(2) A missed menstrual cycle is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. Of course, even something like stress or changes in the exercise routine can cause a cycle to be missed. Anyway, if the absence of a menstrual period is causing worry, one could always purchase a home pregnancy test kit to check for the truth. Sometimes, the menstrual cycle itself is too short or there are symptoms of spotting. Again, the kit can prove helpful to test for the actual picture. Care has to be taken to purchase a kit that gives reliable results. Once the test indicates a possible pregnancy, it is time to pay a visit to the doctor.

(3) Tender and enlarged breasts are also one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. Alert women notice this symptom even before a menstrual cycle has been missed and believe that they have conceived.

(4) Another one of the earliest signs of pregnancy is frequent urination. Actually, hormonal changes are responsible for this. It is not the embryo putting pressure on the bladder, as most women tend to believe. After all, the embryo is not even an inch in length during the first week of pregnancy. The hormone responsible for this problem is known as HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). Even the doctor will advise a laboratory test for this hormone after listening to the symptoms.

(5) Cramping is also one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. The pain may continue during the first few weeks of pregnancy. The reason is that the ligaments in the uterus are creating space for the growing embryo. Sometimes, a sense of tightening is also felt.

The above-mentioned are a few of the earliest signs of pregnancy. If the result is positive, further instructions are in order. Smoking brings down birth weight; so it has to be stopped. Caffeine should be taken in limited amounts or not at all. Finally, a healthy diet is very important for a healthy pregnancy.

Increase Chances of Getting Pregnant Naturally With These 7 Methods of Reducing Stress

A high stress level is common culprit in couples facing infertility. Family, friends, co-workers, and even doctors often give the placating advice of, "Just relax!" But is that advice empty, or is there some truth to it? Studies show that, in fact, reducing stress can help couples conceive. Enjoying nature, seeing a movie, or getting tickets to a sporting event are recreational activities that take a mind off of stress.

Reducing Stress to Get Pregnant Tip #2 - Begin a regular exercise routine.

Sometimes, people get so wrapped up in the stress they are feeling that they forget the simple things that will reverse those feelings. Not only does lack of stress provide for a calmer and more productive life, medical professionals believe that decreasing stress increases the chances of conception. do some relaxation breathing and watch some romantic comedies....take walks when the weather is good and do some imformative reading.
Don't worry, things will work out. And no matter what all the worry in the world won't make a difference. Turn that switch off and try to remember that this is totally natural and that good doctors are taking care of everything.....and as our doctor told us the day of our delivery......don't worry, you're having that baby today and we'll take good care of you both:)))
