Whats the odds of getting pregnant right after you stop birth control?

I have a nine month old son. We are starting to try for another baby. I took my last month of birth control and how long does it take to get out of your system so we can really start trying. I sm doing the charts to see when i am most fertle. BUt when do you think it gets out of your system?

My good friend stopped the pill 11 months ago and her new baby is already a month old. So, it can be quick (and she is in her mid-30s too!)

I am not an idiot I would like to say first off. I know I can get pregnant, I am just asking if anybody knows the odds. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, and he ejaculated inside of me. I stood up right after, so most of it probably just leaked out. It has only been three days. Should be long enough for a blood test right?

These questions amaze me. If you use protection it would sure save you a lot of hassle and worry.
