Having Twins - Is it really so hard ?
When you tell somebody that you are expecting twins, you will likely receive an answer like this: Oh! Twins! The work with twins is terrible. Good luck !
But is it so difficult ? In the rest of the article we will try to find the answer to that question.
Having twins is not easy in the first days, but a single kids is not less difficult, mainly if he or she is the first birth. Organization is the key point, writing on a notepad the times of feeding, changing and other important things.
The is another important point, man has to help. He has no way to do other thing with twins. He must take turns with his wife to feed, change clothes and diapers, bath, and take them out in the strollers.
But considering this two points, to have twins is an incredible experience. Also, twins can represent less work than two non twins. In first place, if you have two kids who are not twins, you will pass two pregnancies and two periods when you don't sleep well.
In addition, they will have different interests. Twins will like the same things, and share most part of the friends. You share the visits to the doctor, as the exams are the same. On the other hand, we should talk about money.
Although it seems you will have to spend much more when you are having twins, it is not completely true. In the first months, you will have to buy everything double, but as time passes you will save money.. There are lots of places where you can receive a discount if you buy for twins; you celebrate both birthdays on the same day and place, saving a lot of money.
In conclusion, to have twins is difficult, but it is not so terrible. With a good organization and enough help twins will result a wonderful experience.
