The walls of the uterus start to get thicker after fertilization of the egg. This thickening of the wall of the uterus results in the discharge of milky white fluid. However if the vaginal discharge is smelly then it could be the signs of yeast infection. Some other symptoms of yeast infection are burning and itching. This condition needs medical treatment. Douching does not help the vaginal discharge during pregnancy.
