I need to know a little more about ectopic pregnancy. if there is pain on one side, rather than the other, but NO bleeding (externally) can there still be an ectopic pregnancy? if a person is in their FIRST month and is starting to slightly look bigger, (puffy) and has light back pain, are these together signs of ectopic pregnancy?
